Job summary

PHRS Hospitality Experts is seeking an F&B Team Leader to support daily operations of a luxury Dubai outlet. You will lead the service team, ensure exceptional guest experiences, and coordinate with culinary and other teams to maintain top service standards.

This role requires at least 2 years in F&B, strong leadership, and English-language communication. Relocation to Dubai, UAE is expected as part of the opportunity.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Food & Beverage Service, preferably within a luxury hotel, fine dining restaurant, or upscale hospitality environment.
• Experience as F&B Team Leader or supervisor with team responsibilities is strongly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of F&B operations and luxury service standards.
• Excellent guest service and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to guide, support, and motivate a service team.
• Good command of spoken English; interviews will be conducted in English.
• Willingness to relocate to Dubai, UAE.

Responsibilities

• Support the smooth day-to-day operation of the Food & Beverage outlet.
• Lead and support the service team during daily operations, ensuring luxury standards.
• Coordinate team members and service sections for efficient guest flow.
• Conduct pre-shift briefings and communicate priorities and updates.
• Monitor service quality and provide guidance to team members as needed.
• Ensure guests receive warm, professional, personalized service.
• Handle guest requests, feedback, and concerns promptly.
• Maintain knowledge of menus, ingredients, beverages, promotions, and procedures.
• Coordinate with culinary and other teams to ensure timely service.
• Support training, coaching, and development of F&B team members.
• Ensure opening, closing, mise en place, and service procedures meet standards.
• Monitor cleanliness, hygiene, and safety in the outlet.
• Support inventory control and responsible use of resources.
• Assist outlet management with daily operational needs and guest satisfaction goals.
