Job summary

Emirates Flight Catering in Dubai seeks a seasoned F&B Manager to lead luxury hospitality operations, ensure top safety and hygiene standards, and deliver exceptional guest experiences across staff, contractors and suppliers.

You will oversee staff training, control costs, coordinate with production for menu changes and presentation, and partner with the F&B Manager to develop new beverages and concepts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in hospitality, hotel management or related field.
• 6+ years hospitality experience; 1 year in a 5-star managerial role.
• Experience with luxury hotel and stand-alone restaurant operations.
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and hygiene protocols.
• Demonstrated achievements in food quality and cost control.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with safety, HACCP, and hygiene policies per EKFC and government rules.
• Assess manpower needs, orient and train staff, monitor performance for efficiency.
• Manage staff costs including overtime and absences; monitor lounge operations.
• Coordinate with production on menu changes, food presentation, and kitchen matters.
• Support F&B Manager in developing new beverage menus and concepts.
• Investigate and resolve customer complaints about quality or service.
• Analyze feedback to identify improvements and implement actions.
• Apply ISO 9001:2015 quality policy and work procedures.
