Job summary

A luxury hospitality provider in Abu Dhabi is seeking an energetic Female Restaurant Supervisor who speaks Russian or Serbian. The role requires supervising the restaurant and lounge, managing staff, and ensuring exceptional guest service. Ideal candidates will have a Hotel School Graduate degree and at least 1–2 years of supervisory experience, preferably in fine dining. Job Description

We are looking for an energetic and highly motivated Female Restaurant Supervisor (Russian / Serbian Speaker) who has the ability to assess and train staff effectively, with excellent communication skills in English, and can communicate effectively with guests and staff at all levels.

The responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:

• Supervise the restaurant & lounge.
• Manage restaurant & lounge staff.
• Serve Food & Beverage to guests.
• Ensure a courteous, professional, efficient and flexible service consistent with the F&B Standards, Policies & Procedures in order to maximize guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

Qualifications required:

• Hotel School Graduate or Catering School Diploma preferred.
• Minimum of 1–2 years’ experience as a Supervisor.
• Exposure to 5* fine‑dining standards.
• Must have good written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to make decisions and find alternative solutions to problems.
