Job summary

FIVE Hotels and Resorts in Dubai seeks a hospitality leader to drive service excellence in our luxury dining venues. You will oversee front-of-house operations, coach staff, and ensure premium guest experiences across all shifts.

The role requires a proven track record in luxury hospitality, strong leadership and a deep knowledge of wine, cocktails, and service standards to uphold FIVE-Star quality across our restaurants.

Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in Hospitality Management or related field (preferred).
• Proven track record in Luxury Hotel or Fine Dining supervisory role delivering guest experiences.
• Excellent leadership, communication and interpersonal skills with Guests, team and stakeholders.
• Strong ability to improve customer satisfaction and address complaints with tact.
• Extensive knowledge of Food and Beverage operations, FIVE-Star service standards, wines and cocktails.
• Next-Level team management, inspiring the FIVE Tribe to new heights.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership and deliver with precision in all duties.
• Lead and supervise service staff ensuring a premium guest experience.
• Collaborate with Restaurant Manager to develop and implement SOPs for efficiency.
• Coach and mentor team, provide ongoing training on service standards.
• Monitor inventory, upsell opportunities and cost controls to maximise revenue.
• Ensure health and safety standards and flawless restaurant operations.
