Job summary

Jumeirah Beach Hotel, part of Jumeirah, invites applications for an Outlet Manager to lead the Dhow & Anchor dining concept. You will oversee daily restaurant operations, coach a high-performing team and drive service excellence in a luxury setting.

You will develop annual business plans, monitor performance against targets, manage budgets and ensure guest satisfaction with outstanding dining experiences across multiple outlets within the property.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in F&B operations within luxury hospitality.
• Experience leading and coaching high-performing teams.
• Strong commercial acumen with budgeting and cost control.
• Excellent guest engagement and relationship management.

About the Job

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Outlet Manager tojoin Dhow & Anchor in Jumeirah Beach Hotel.

The main duties and responsibilities of this role include:

• Manage day-to-day restaurant operations, providing guidance, encouraging teamwork, and ensuring smooth flow of operations.
• Develop and present the annual business plan, revenue targets, and expense budgets for review with the Director of F&B.
• Monitor customer satisfaction, respond to feedback and complaints, and ensure positive image preservation.
• Monitor progress against the business plan, forecast, and initiate corrective actions to achieve financial and business targets.
• Maintain high service standards, food quality, and presentation to meet guest expectations.

About You

The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Food & Beverage operations within a luxury hospitality environment, including leadership responsibilities.
• Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop high-performing teams while fostering a culture of service excellence.
• Strong commercial acumen with experience in budgeting, forecasting, revenue generation, and cost control.
• Excellent guest engagement and relationship management skills with a passion for delivering exceptional dining experiences.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships across multiple stakeholders.
• Degree or Diploma in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
