The Lana Dubai Dorchester Collection seeks a high‑potential Food & Beverage Ultimate Leaders Trainee to embark on a 12–18 month development journey in luxury hospitality. You will rotate through the F&B division, learning from senior leaders and a dedicated mentor, while building leadership and operational skills in a dynamic hotel environment.

Responsibilities

• Participate in a 12–18 month leadership development journey across the F&B department.
• Rotate across different areas to gain holistic understanding of luxury hospitality operations.
• Receive mentorship and coaching from senior leaders and a dedicated mentor.
• Engage in leadership curriculum covering styles, emotional intelligence, feedback, coaching and decision‑making.
• Contribute to projects aimed at operational excellence and guest/employee experience improvements.
