Job summary

Park Hyatt Dubai seeks a Director of Food & Beverage to lead all dining, beverage, banquet and in-room dining operations. This role drives commercial performance, service excellence and brand positioning across venues, including reopening and repositioning renovated outlets for guest satisfaction and sustainable growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management or related field.
• Minimum 3–4 years as a Director of Food & Beverage in luxury hotels/resorts.
• Experience leading pre-opening, reopening, renovation or repositioning projects.
• Proven track record in managing multiple F&B outlets and complex operations.
• Strong budgeting, forecasting, and revenue optimization skills.
• Knowledge of HACCP and food safety compliance.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic oversight for all F&B operations aligned with commercial objectives.
• Direct and manage performance of all outlets to achieve financial targets.
• Lead planning and reopening of renovated F&B venues and staffing structures.
• Develop and launch new dining concepts and promotional campaigns.
• Create business plans and forecasting models to maximize profitability.
• Drive guest satisfaction through service excellence and consistency.
• Analyze financial indicators and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Collaborate with Culinary, Sales & Marketing, Revenue Management and Operations.
• Establish procurement, inventory controls, and cost-containment initiatives.
• Ensure strict health, safety, and licensing compliance.
