Job summary

Park Hyatt Dubai seeks a Food & Beverage Coordinator to provide comprehensive administrative and operational support to F&B and Culinary divisions. You will coordinate recruitment, purchasing, inventory, colleague administration, and reporting to ensure smooth restaurant, bar, in-room dining, stewarding, and culinary operations within a luxury hospitality environment.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Hotel Management, or related field.
• Minimum 2-3 years of administrative or coordinator experience in Food & Beverage, Culinary, Hospitality, or Hotel Operations.
• Strong understanding of Food & Beverage, Culinary operations, and hospitality administrative processes.
• Experience processing recruitment documentation, purchase requisitions, colleague administration, and departmental reporting.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Experience with hospitality systems, purchasing platforms, inventory systems, or ERP software is advantageous.
• Excellent organizational, time-management, and multitasking abilities with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate across departments.
• Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to F&B and Culinary leadership teams for daily departmental activities.
• Prepare recruitment documentation, onboarding requirements, and colleague administration matters.
• Coordinate new hire documentation, uniform requests, system access, and onboarding with HR.
• Raise and track purchase requisitions and procurement requirements for F&B and Culinary.
• Maintain records of expenses, POs, invoices, and departmental documentation for budgeting.
