You will oversee KPI performance, inventory, scheduling, and guest preferences, with international exposure, training, and strong communication across teams.

Qualifications

• 3+ years experience in a supervisory/junior management capacity in F&B.
• Solid background in high-end dining environment, luxury hotel or renowned restaurant group.
• International experience and languages preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive departmental KPIs focusing on guest, people, product and profit performance.
• Gather detailed analyses on shift performance and implement improvements.
• Oversee inventory and ordering of restaurant tools and equipment.
• Ensure opening/closing checklists are followed and communicate updates to the team.
• Assist with department scheduling to maximize productivity and reduce overtime.
