Job summary

InterContinental Residences Dubai Business Bay is seeking a friendly, energetic F&B Assistant to join our luxury Food & Beverage team. You will deliver warm, efficient, and personalized service across dining experiences, including In‑Room Dining and restaurant operations.

The role requires multitasking, flexibility, and a passion for guest service within a luxury hospitality environment in Dubai. You will work closely with the F&B team to ensure smooth daily operations, uphold high standards,

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Hospitality or Food & Beverage training is an advantage.
• Experience in Food & Beverage, restaurant, hotel, café or In‑Room Dining preferred.
• Ability to multitask and work across F&B outlets.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests in a warm, professional manner and provide attentive service.
• Set up, maintain, and clear tables; serve food and beverages accurately.
• Support In‑Room Dining orders and ensure timely delivery to rooms.
• Coordinate with Kitchen and Front Office to ensure smooth service.
• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and brand standards across outlets.
• Assist with stock, buffet setups, and guest requests as needed.
• Collaborate with team to ensure guest satisfaction and service quality.
