Job summary

Crowne Plaza Dubai Marina, part of the IHG Hotels & Resorts family, has an exciting opening for a Food & Beverage Assistant (Executive Lounge). You will deliver excellent guest service in a stylish environment, supporting the lounge operations throughout the day.

Ideal candidates will have 1–2 years in a similar hotel role, strong verbal and written communication, and the ability to multi-task while maintaining high standards of hygiene and guest care. Knowledge of Guest-ware is a plus.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years’ experience in a similar role in a four- or five-star hotel.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with guests and colleagues.
• Ability to multi-task and maintain high service standards with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Provides all guests with undivided attention and the best possible service.
• Responsible for the food and beverage service in the Executive Lounge throughout the day.
• Ensures the lounge is properly maintained at all times.
• Monitors stocks for all self-service areas and assists with setup and service.
• Maintains the highest level of Food Hygiene.
• Has knowledge of Guest-ware and uses information for follow-up.
