Qualifications

• 1–2 years’ experience in a similar role at a four or five‑star hotel or similar industry.
• Ability to work with diverse teams and cultures.
• Strong verbal and written communication; detail oriented and able to multi‑task.

Responsibilities

• Provide undivided guest attention and the best possible service.
• Handle food and beverage service in the Executive Lounge throughout the day.
• Ensure the lounge is maintained at all times.
• Monitor stocks for self‑service areas and assist with service prep.
• Maintain the highest level of food hygiene.
• Know Guest-ware and use information for follow‑ups.
• Anticipate guests' needs and act on preferences.
• Be knowledgeable about hotel facilities and services.
