Job summary

AURA Skypool Dubai is seeking an Events Manager to lead the creation and execution of unforgettable experiences 200 metres above the city. You will craft bespoke private events, brand activations and launches, turning briefs into high-quality realities for discerning clients.

Collaborating with clients and internal teams, you will manage budgets, timelines and proposals while pursuing revenue opportunities.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in events, experiential marketing or luxury hospitality, preferably in Dubai.
• Strong track record delivering high-end and bespoke events.
• Excellent creative thinking and concept development skills.
• Strong commercial awareness with budgets and revenue opportunities.
• Excellent client-facing, communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
• Strong network across brands, agencies, suppliers and production partners.
• Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Hands-on approach to event execution with attention to detail.
• Passion for luxury hospitality, lifestyle and experiential events.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end planning and execution of events at AURA Skypool, from concept to delivery.
• Develop creative concepts for private events, brand activations, launches and bespoke experiences.
• Work with clients to understand vision and translate briefs into memorable experiences.
• Prepare event proposals, budgets, timelines and presentations with commercial viability.
• Identify new event opportunities and contribute to revenue generation and growth.
• Build and maintain relationships with brands, agencies, suppliers and production partners.
• Coordinate with Operations, F&B, Marketing, PR to ensure seamless delivery.
• Oversee event budgets and costs within financial parameters.
• Be hands-on during events to ensure exceptional execution and guest experience.
• Stay ahead of luxury hospitality and experiential trends with fresh ideas.
