Job summary

CHLOÉ is seeking an Events & CRM Coordinator to drive client engagement across UAE and KSA. You will collaborate with the Events & CRM Manager Middle East to elevate boutique experiences, coordinate campaigns, and manage content for seasonal catalogs.

The role requires strong organizational and communication skills, a passion for luxury fashion, and the ability to operate autonomously in a dynamic retail environment. Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with boutique systems are advantageous.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, Design, or related field.
• Interest in fashion and luxury experiences.

• Effective communication and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Support CRM campaigns aligned with business priorities and objectives.
• Support boutiques in organizing personalized client experiences and private appointments.
• Create seasonal product catalogues tailored to each market and bespoke catalogs on request.
• Consolidate and report monthly KPIs, ensuring accurate tracking and timely updates.
• Extract monthly client birthday lists and coordinate with boutiques for on-time treatments.
• Manage CRM data and reassign clients when needed.
• Coordinate and execute all events and activations, in-store and external.
• Source and manage suppliers, venues, and talent within budget allocations.
• Liaise with HQ to obtain event approvals and align with global guidelines.
• Oversee event logistics including permits, logistics, deliveries, and store setup.
• Capture event content and prepare post-event reports with feedback and results.
• Coordinate with PR for samples and monthly performance reports.
• Conduct competitor benchmarking and market research on regional trends.
• Handle IT tickets, setup of new boutiques on platforms, user access, and vendor documentation.
• Coordinate invoice submission and payment status with Finance.
