Job summary

Chalhoub Group in the Middle East is seeking a Fashion Consultant to deliver exceptional guest experiences, help meet sales targets, and support CRM, CX and in-store initiatives across luxury brands.

You will collect data on customer behavior, drive omni-channel relationships, provide pre-buying feedback, ensure adherence to VM guidelines and SOPs, promote the MUSE loyalty program, assist with in-store events and activations, and stay aligned with brand social media campaigns.

Qualifications

• Arabic language skills should be a plus.

Responsibilities

• Achieve individual and store sales targets while delivering exceptional guest experiences.
• Support CRM, CX and in-store initiatives.
• Collect data on customer behavior, top sellers and slow movers for business reviews.
• Drive client relationships within an omni-channel approach.
• Provide pre-buying product feedback.
• Ensure adherence to VM guidelines and SOPs.
• Promote the MUSE loyalty program and stay updated on app offerings.
• Assist in-store marketing events and activations.
• Stay aligned with brand social media campaigns.
• Drive sell-through within the store and contribute to CX initiatives.
