Job summary

Chloé Dubai is seeking an Events & CRM Coordinator to support the client engagement strategy across UAE & KSA. You will work with the Events & CRM Manager Middle East to bring the Maison’s vision to life through elevated client experiences and boutique activations.

The role covers CRM campaigns, client experiences, events, PR coordination, and administration, with closely aligned fashion luxury standards. Strong organizational skills and UAE market awareness are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, Design or related field.
• Interest in Fashion and luxury experiences with good product sense.
• Strong organizational skills and high creativity.
• Ability to work autonomously with responsibility and accountability.
• Effective communication and presentation skills.
• Self-motivated and driven.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
• Arabic language is a plus.

Responsibilities

• CRM & client experience: develop and execute monthly CRM campaigns aligned with priorities and commercial objectives; organize personalized client experiences and private appointments; create seasonal catalogs per market; report monthly Bloom KPIs; extract client birthdays and coordinate treatments; manage CRM data and reassign clients as needed.
• Events: coordinate and execute all in-store and external events and activations; source vendors and venues; liaise with HQ to align with guidelines; manage permits, logistics and store setup; capture event content and prepare post-event reports.
• PR coordination: liaise with PR agency for editorial shoots; collect and consolidate monthly PR performance reports; coordinate with Merchandising to identify investment pieces for collections.
• Business development: conduct monthly competitor benchmarking on marketing, CRM, events and media; perform market research on regional trends and best practices.
• Administration: raise IT tickets; set up boutiques on ViewApp and Rendez‑vous; manage user access and vendor POs; coordinate invoices and payments; maintain records of AP invoices.
