You will work with luxury properties, off-plan developments, and secondary-market sales, enjoying an attractive commission structure and professional support.

Qualifikationen

• 3–5 years real estate sales experience preferred.
• Experience with luxury, off-plan or secondary-market sales is an advantage.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Aufgaben

• Generate and develop new client leads through calls, networking, social media, referrals, and provided leads.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers, investors, landlords, and sellers.
• Advise clients on luxury, off-plan, and secondary-market properties.
• Conduct property viewings and present projects professionally.
• Follow up with prospective clients and manage the sales pipeline.
• Negotiate offers and assist clients throughout transactions.
• Maintain accurate records of leads and sales activities.
• Stay updated on Dubai property market trends and developments.
• Work toward individual and team sales targets.
• Coordinate with developers, clients, and internal teams to ensure smooth transactions.
• Ensure all transactions comply with UAE real estate regulations.
