Qualifications

• Master's degree in business, marketing, retail management, luxury management or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in retail, retail excellence, luxury, beauty or related industry.
• Proven experience in directly operated retail, retail experience, client experience or retail operations.
• Strong project management skills with ability to manage multiple launches, initiatives and stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of luxury retail standards and consumer experience.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to translate strategy into clear, practical guidelines.
• Strong attention to detail and high standards of execution.

Responsibilities

• Translate retail strategy into impacts on boutique experiences, guidelines, tools and programmes.
• Lead initiatives across retail experience, loyalty, clienteling, launches and events.
• Ensure consistent execution and continuous improvement reflecting AMOUAGE standards.
• Collaborate with Retail, Market Excellence, Education, Brand Experience, Sales and Marketing teams.
• Train internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth implementation of retail initiatives.
