Job summary

Van Cleef & Arpels is seeking a dynamic luxury retail leader to oversee a portfolio of boutiques in the UAE. You will mentor Boutique Managers, drive commercial performance and uphold the Maison's standards of client experience.

Reporting to the Retail Director UAE, you will translate market insights into strategic actions, coach teams, and build lasting relationships with VIP clients while leading cross-functional collaboration across the network.

• Significant experience in luxury retail, including managing multiple boutiques or retail locations.
• Passionate about leading people and developing high-performing teams.
• Commercially driven leader with strong business acumen and the ability to translate business insights into strategic action.
• Thrives in a client-centric environment and builds meaningful relationships with clients, colleagues and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Driving sustainable sales growth across your boutique portfolio.
• Coaching, developing and inspiring Boutique Managers to build engaged and high-performing teams.
• Defining and implementing strategic action plans to optimize sales performance and operational efficiency.
• Championing exceptional client experiences while strengthening client acquisition, loyalty and long-term relationships with VIP and High Jewelry clientele.
• Ensuring compliance with Maison standards, visual merchandising guidelines and operational excellence across all boutiques.
• Managing boutique performance through KPI analysis, business insights and market trends to identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to support commercial initiatives and contribute to the long-term success of the Maison.
