Job summary

Accor, at Sofitel Dubai the Obelisk, seeks a Waiter - Luxury Dining Service to deliver polished table service in a high-end restaurant. Based in Dubai, you will handle guest interactions, menu knowledge, POS transactions and premium food and beverage operations within a luxury hotel environment.

The ideal candidate has at least one year of serving experience, strong guest relations, and the ability to maintain service standards under pressure.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of F&B serving experience.
• Ability to work with guests across multiple tables and maintain professionalism.
• Strong memory for menu information and upselling opportunities.
• Experience with POS transactions and cash handling.

Responsibilities

• Deliver polished table service to guests in a luxury hotel setting.
• Maintain detailed knowledge of menu items and explain dishes clearly.
• Process payments and handle cash and card transactions accurately.
• Ensure guest satisfaction and report issues to management.
• Set tables and maintain orderly service areas.
• Collaborate with kitchen and other outlets for smooth service.
