Job summary

ELE Design Services, based in Dubai, seeks an experienced Technical Design Manager to lead our Technical Design Department and drive delivery of execution-ready designs for high-end projects. This senior role oversees the full design lifecycle from kickoff to execution, coordinating with designers, contractors, consultants, and clients.

You will lead, mentor, and develop the Technical Design team while ensuring designs meet UAE regulations and project budgets and timelines.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in technical design management (fit-out, architecture, or interior projects).
• Background in high-end residential, hospitality, commercial, or large-scale projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and UAE building regulations.
• High proficiency in AutoCAD and project coordination tools.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Highly organised, detail-driven, and comfortable working under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the technical design process across multiple high-end projects.

This is a senior, hands-on role overseeing the full technical design lifecycle—from project kick-off through execution—working closely with designers, studio leadership, contractors, consultants, and clients.
