Job summary

AlFuttaim is searching for a Senior Design Manager in Dubai, UAE to oversee the complete design lifecycle for high-end private projects. You will manage design quality, budget alignment, and timely delivery by collaborating with design consultants and internal teams.

The ideal candidate has extensive experience with luxury and VVIP projects and a solid foundation in architecture. This position provides an opportunity to work on prestigious developments across the MENA region.

Qualifications

• 15 years of experience in design management with developers or architectural firms.
• Proven portfolio in luxury hospitality, residential, and VVIP private projects.
• Strong understanding of design standards, codes, and high-end project expectations.

Responsibilities

• Lead client discussions to define design preferences and develop reverse briefs where needed.
• Monitor project budgets to ensure viability, alignment, and cost control throughout design stages.
• Review design management procedures, provide feedback, and support continuous improvement.
