This role plays a key part in managing the quality of the development and design process, ensuring Aman’s standards and brand objectives are delivered through thoughtful, high‐quality design solutions.**Responsibilities:*** Attend project coordination workshops, ensure adherence to brand standards, and assist design and engineering consultant teams to develop the approved project design through to the working drawings* Assist in reviewing design consultant submitted drawings and specifications* Develop and track project schedules* Assist in following up on post site visit action items* Accurately communicate projects status.* Update the Director of Design & Technical Services on a regular basis and provide projections for all design aspects and program delivery* Collaborate with team members, corporate teams, and external project teams to manage information flows and data exchange.* Track project and Aman Standards schedules, lists & briefs, ensuring archiving of all digital communications and documents.* Produce meeting minutes, presentations, and reports.**Requirements:*** A Bachelor’s degree in design or architecture is required Minimum 2 years of professional experience as an architectural or interior designer, design coordinator or in a related role* Familiarity with aspects of luxury hotel and resort project delivery. (Technical Services background with hotel operator preferred)* Excellent verbal and written communication skills Proficiency in written and spoken English, additional languages desirable* Strong work ethic, ability to work independently and cultural sensitivity* Proficiency in MS Office, knowledge of Bluebeam Revu desirable Strong organizational abilities to multitask and prioritize daily workload efficiently
