Job summary

Driven Properties (Liberate) is seeking a seasoned commercial real estate advisor in Dubai to identify client needs, conduct market research, and manage end-to-end leasing negotiations. The role involves building strong relationships with landlords, investors, and developers, and presenting detailed market analyses.

You will guide clients on leasing options, investments, and returns while utilizing CRM to manage leads and stay abreast of zoning laws.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in commercial real estate advisory or brokerage.
• In-depth knowledge of the Dubai commercial real estate market.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong negotiation skills with a proven ability to close deals.
• Analytical mindset to interpret market data and financial reports.
• Proficiency in MS Office and real estate software/platforms.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients in identifying commercial real estate needs and tailor solutions.
• Conduct market research and property inspections to recommend suitable properties.
