Job summary

Driven Properties is seeking a Commercial Property Consultant to join our Dubai team, helping clients navigate leasing, investment opportunities, and strategic property decisions. You will provide tailored real estate advice, conduct market analyses, and coordinate end-to-end leasing processes for a high-profile clientele.

You will build strong relationships with landlords, developers, and investors, leveraging CRM tools to manage leads and deliver detailed market reports while staying updated

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in commercial real estate advisory or brokerage.
• In-depth knowledge of Dubai commercial real estate market.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong negotiation skills with proven ability to close deals.
• Analytical mindset with ability to interpret market data.
• Proficiency in MS Office and real estate software/platforms.
• Strong work ethic and commitment to client service.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients in identifying their commercial real estate needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Conduct market research and property inspections to evaluate and recommend suitable properties.
• Manage end-to-end leasing process, including negotiations and drafting lease agreements.
• Develop and maintain relationships with landlords, investors, and developers.
• Prepare market analyses, reports, and presentations on trends and opportunities.
• Guide clients on leasing options, operating costs, and investment returns.
• Utilize CRM systems to track client interactions and manage leads.
• Stay updated on zoning laws, market changes, and emerging trends.
