• Existing network or strong understanding of Abu Dhabi/UAE property market is an advantage.
• Proven ability to build relationships and manage high-value clients.
• Professional, polished, client-focused approach.

Responsibilities

• Advise local and international clients on luxury residential, investment, off-plan, and resale property opportunities.
• Build and manage a strong portfolio of premium properties and client relationships.
• Understand client requirements, investment objectives, budgets, and preferred locations.
• Match buyers and investors with suitable properties and projects.
• Conduct professional property viewings, presentations, and client meetings.
• Present new developments, investment opportunities, payment plans, and potential returns with confidence.
• Build relationships with property owners, investors, developers, and prospective buyers.
• Generate new business through prospecting, networking, referrals, digital channels, and company-generated leads.
• Follow up consistently with leads and maintain an active sales pipeline.
• Negotiate professionally and guide clients through the sales process from initial inquiry to closing.
• Maintain accurate client, lead, property, and deal information in CRM.
• Stay informed about Abu Dhabi property prices, market trends, new project launches, community developments, and investment opportunities.
• Represent MD Real Estate professionally across client meetings, property viewings, events, and digital platforms.
