Kerzner International Limited's Atlantis The Palm in Dubai seeks an Assistant Manager to support the Imperial Club operations across lounges and lobby. You will coordinate arrivals and departures, ensuring impeccable resort standards and guest experiences.

The role requires 5+ years in hospitality, with at least 1 year in a Club Lounge or equivalent at an assistant managerial level, plus cross-functional knowledge of Rooms, Front Office and F&B, and leadership experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years experience in Hospitality.
• At least 1 year experience in a Club Lounge environment or similar at an Assistant managerial level.
• Experience across Rooms, Front Office and F&B.
• Ability to excel in a fast-paced environment and exceed guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Support the Manager Imperial Club in supervising operations across lounges and lobby.
• Coordinate and monitor guests' arrivals and departures to ensure resort standards.
• Train and develop team members; coordinate employee schedules and ensure SOPs are followed.
• Deliver outstanding guest service and overall customer satisfaction.
