Wynn Al Marjan Island is seeking a Bar Manager for the Cigar Bar to lead the beverage team and oversee daily operations at the UAE resort. The role requires strong cocktail expertise, 5-7 years in bartending and bar management, and a focus on service excellence.

You will partner with the Beverage Manager to craft innovative menus, manage inventory, and ensure impeccable guest experiences in a luxury setting. A formal bartending certification is preferred, with competitive AED salary and benefits.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years progressive bartending and bar management experience.
• Expert-level knowledge of classic and modern cocktails and premium spirits.
• Proficiency in inventory control, ordering, stock rotation, and waste minimization.
• Formal bartending certification or hospitality management training preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and motivate the bar team to maintain high service standards.
• Oversee daily bar operations, including inventory, ordering, receiving, and stock rotation.
• Ensure health, safety and sanitation compliance; take corrective actions as needed.
• Collaborate with Beverage Manager to develop cocktails and update menus.
• Handle guest complaints professionally to uphold satisfaction and reputation.
• Set up the bar daily per standard procedures and par levels.
• Maintain knowledge of all menu items and describe them confidently to guests.
• Ensure bar area and counters are clean and well-maintained.
• Train and develop bartenders to sustain high service quality.
