• Proven ability to lead teams, oversee daily bar operations, and manage inventory to minimize waste.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and motivate the bar team to maintain high service standards and morale.
• Oversee daily bar operations, including inventory management, ordering, receiving, and stock rotation.
• Ensure health, safety, and sanitation regulations are followed and corrective actions are taken.
• Collaborate with Beverage Manager to develop cocktails and update menus to match trends.
