Responsibilities

• Welcome customers courteously and provide information or guidance.
• Handle phone calls efficiently and route to the appropriate personnel.
• Support telemarketing activities during campaigns.
• Coordinate seating and comfort for service customers with the service advisor.
• Direct customers to the right advisor and follow up on visits.
• Maintain reception area cleanliness and uphold corporate image.
• Assist in managing courtesy vehicles and housekeeping standards.
