Job summary

Al Tayer Motors is seeking a courteous on-site Receptionist to greet walk-in customers, handle calls, and guide them to service advisors. You will seat customers, book services, and ensure a warm, organized reception area.

The role requires 1–2 years of relevant experience, excellent communication, and a neat, professional appearance. Multicultural exposure and customer service certification are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Handle phone calls and walk-in customers courteously
• Provide information, service booking and guidance
• Seat customers and keep them comfortable until attended to
• Direct customers to the relevant service advisor
• Call customers for feedback on their visits
• Support reception in managing courtesy vehicles
• Ensure cleanliness and hygiene in the reception area
• Take part in telemarketing activities during campaigns
