Responsibilities

• Welcome customers courteously and answer phone efficiently to provide support until attended by relevant personnel.
• Be part of telemarketing activities during campaigns and handle present customers or on the phone.
• Provide courteous service by guiding customers to the appropriate advisor and arranging seating until service begins.
• Direct customers to the appropriate advisor for attendance.
• Call customers to gather feedback on visits and ensure quick service pace to reduce waiting time.
• Assist reception with courtesy vehicle management and maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the reception area.
