Job summary

S&K HR Consulting is recruiting a Marketing Coordinator for a Dubai-based luxury scent brand. The role coordinates across campaigns, launches, content production, events and day-to-day marketing execution.

The successful candidate will keep the marketing function organized, on schedule and moving forward, working with designers, photographers, content creators, agencies and external partners to ensure campaigns and activations are delivered on time and to standard.

Qualifications

• 2+ to 5+ years of experience in marketing coordination or similar role.
• Experience within luxury, fragrance, beauty, fashion, hospitality or premium consumer brands is preferred.
• Highly organized with excellent attention to detail and timelines.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and manage the overall marketing, campaign and content calendars.
• Coordinate timelines, deliverables and deadlines across multiple marketing activities.
• Support planning and execution of marketing campaigns and product launches.
• Coordinate with designers, photographers, agencies, creators and suppliers.
• Ensure assets, briefs and materials are delivered on time.
• Coordinate day-to-day content requirements across social media and other channels.
