Job summary

Dr Scent is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to support planning, coordination, and execution of marketing activities across our fragrance and scent solutions business. You will work with Marketing, Sales, E-commerce, Creative, and Product teams to deliver campaigns, content, launches, events, and promotions on time.

The role involves coordinating calendars, social media content, and promotional materials, plus collaboration with external partners and agencies.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and support the execution of marketing campaigns and promotional activities for Dr Scent's fragrance and scent solutions.
• Assist in developing and maintaining the monthly marketing calendar across digital and offline channels.
• Coordinate with the creative and content teams to ensure timely development of social media content, product materials, campaigns, and other marketing assets.
• Support marketing activities for new fragrance launches, products, and scent solutions.
• Coordinate with the e-commerce team on promotions, product launches, website campaigns, and seasonal activities.
• Support social media marketing activities, including content planning, scheduling, and campaign coordination.
• Coordinate with external agencies, suppliers, influencers, and other marketing partners when required.
• Assist in planning and coordinating events, exhibitions, activations, and product launches.
• Support B2B marketing activities and promotional materials for clients, distributors, and business partners.
• Conduct basic market and competitor research, particularly within the fragrance, scent marketing, and related industries.
• Monitor marketing campaign performance and prepare reports and updates for management.
• Maintain organized records of campaigns, marketing materials, suppliers, budgets, and activities.
• Ensure all marketing communications and materials are consistent with Dr Scent's brand identity and guidelines.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure marketing activities support overall sales and business objectives.
• Assist with other marketing and brand-related activities as required.
