Job summary

Dr Scent is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to help plan, coordinate, and execute marketing activities across fragrance and scent solutions. The role collaborates with Marketing, Sales, E-commerce, Creative and Product teams to ensure campaigns, launches, events, and materials are delivered on time and aligned with brand guidelines.

Responsibilities include supporting campaigns, maintaining the monthly calendar, coordinating social media content, product launches, and B2B materials, while

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications or related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in marketing coordination or similar role.
• Experience in fragrance, cosmetics, retail, e-commerce, FMCG or luxury preferred.
• Fluent in Arabic and English, written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and support execution of marketing campaigns and promotions.
• Maintain monthly marketing calendar across digital and offline channels.
• Coordinate with creative/content teams for social media assets and campaigns.
• Support launches, events, activations and product promotions.
• Collaborate with e-commerce on promotions and website campaigns.
• Assist with internal communications and liaise with external agencies when needed.
• Monitor campaign performance and prepare management reports.
• Ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials.
