Job summary

Client of S&K HR Consulting in Dubai is seeking a Marketing Coordination specialist to manage campaigns, content calendars and cross-functional timelines. You will coordinate assets, briefs, and approvals, support launches and events, and track performance across social media and channels.

The role requires 2+ years in marketing coordination or similar, with strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and experience with Excel/PowerPoint.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in marketing coordination or similar role.
• Experience within luxury, fragrance, beauty, fashion, hospitality or premium consumer brands is preferred.
• Highly organized with excellent attention to detail.
• Strong ability to manage multiple projects, timelines and stakeholders simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and manage the overall marketing campaign and content calendars.
• Coordinate timelines deliverables and deadlines across multiple marketing activities.
• Support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns and product launches.
• Coordinate with designers, photographers, videographers and other creative partners.
• Track feedback, revisions, and approvals and ensure final assets are delivered on time.
• Assist with weekly monthly marketing reporting and performance updates.
