Job summary

Richemont, renowned for its luxury jewelry and watches, seeks an administrative/operations specialist for UAE boutiques. You will support boutique operations, manage stock, handle invoicing, and assist with after-sales coordination while upholding the brand's prestigious image.

Key duties include ensuring compliance, coordinating with finance and audit teams, managing back-office tasks, and assisting in events to enhance client experience. Fluency in exceptional organizational skills is expected.

Qualifications

• Experience in an administrative or operations support role within a luxury retail environment.
• Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proficiency in administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, and system management.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with various teams.
• Familiarity with compliance procedures (e.g., KYC, GoAML) is highly desirable.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Programs (Excel, Word, Outlook) and experience with stock management system.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all cash transactions and compliance steps align with internal procedures.
• Support boutique operations, ensuring smooth workflow and efficiency.
• Manage mall permits and back-office organization for UAE boutiques.
• Oversee invoicing process and stock control across boutiques.
• Receive shipments, perform quality checks, and price-tag new inventory.
• Assist with stock-taking and proactive stock orders based on movement analysis.
• Coordinate with Sales Associates on repairs and after-sales follow-ups.
• Represent the brand with clients and uphold the Maison's image.
