Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in administrative or operations support within a luxury retail environment.
• Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proficiency in administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, and system management.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with various teams.
• Familiarity with compliance procedures (e.g., KYC, GoAML) is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all cash transactions exceeding AED 55,000 are accurately submitted via the internal platform (KYC) and the Government portal (GoAML).
• Maintain strong partnership with Richemont local Finance, Audit and Security teams, following all guidelines.
• Plan and deliver compliance refresher training sessions for UAE team members across locations.
• Process sales transactions in strict accordance with internal procedures and system guidelines.
• Partner with management to support overall boutique operations and Mall of the Emirates processes.
