Job summary

You will oversee merchandising, financial management, staff supervision, training, and performance development, while maintaining brand standards and a safe, inclusive store culture. Fluency in English and relevant experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree or equivalent level required with substantial general work experience.
• Experience in planning and managing resources to deliver objectives as directed by senior managers.

Responsibilities

• Oversee merchandising, financial management, sales staff supervision, and overall store management.
• Manage day-to-day operations of a medium to large store with a diverse product line.
• Identify development needs and implement professional development actions.
• Provide coaching to improve performance and achieve personal potential.
• Develop and communicate actions to address customer issues and maintain standards.
• Create and manage medium- to long-term work schedules across teams.
• Set performance objectives and hold team members accountable.
• Explain strategic plans and motivate the team to achieve local objectives.
• Negotiate agreements within predefined commercial parameters and tailor solutions.
• Develop and deliver budget plans with seniors’ guidance.
• Define order processing protocols to optimize customer experience.
