Job summary

Van Cleef & Arpels in Dubai is seeking an Assistant Boutique Manager to support daily operations, drive commercial performance and deliver an exceptional client experience aligned with the Maison’s standards of excellence.

You will lead a high-performing team, coach staff, monitor KPIs, and collaborate with the Boutique Manager on workforce planning while ensuring top-tier service and operational efficiency. A genuine passion for luxury and client relationships is essential.

Qualifications

• Solid experience in luxury retail and boutique operations.
• Proven ability to lead and develop teams in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Strong client relationship skills and a commercial mindset.

Responsibilities

• Support the Boutique Manager in driving sales and achieving boutique objectives through effective commercial strategies.
• Monitor and analyze boutique KPIs, identify opportunities for improvement and implement corrective actions.
• Oversee daily boutique operations ensuring efficiency and compliance with Maison policies.
• Lead, motivate and coach the boutique team to foster a high-performance culture.
• Deliver exceptional and personalized client experiences and build long-term client relationships.
• Develop and implement clienteling initiatives to enhance engagement and growth.
• Collaborate on workforce planning and talent development with the Boutique Manager.
• Ensure stock management, inventory control and merchandising standards.
• Help manage boutique budgets, resources and profitability.
• Act as a role model for the Maison's values and foster a positive working environment.
• Take ownership of operations during Boutique Manager’s absence.
