Job summary

Christian Dior Couture in Dubai seeks an Ambassador to support the Boutique Director in growing performance and profitability by leading the boutique team and delivering exceptional customer service in line with Dior standards.

You will drive talent development, oversee daily operations, contribute to visual merchandising, CRM and boutique reporting, and act as a Dior brand ambassador to VIP clients in a luxury retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Team Management and Boutique Performance Management: under the Boutique Director, design optimal organization, recruit profiles and ensure talent pipeline.
• Training and onboarding: responsible for integration and training of newcomers.
• Store meetings: participate in regular meetings to discuss performance, training, merchandising and information flow to staff.
• Communication: facilitate proper communication between management and associates.
• Sales planning: assist in defining action plans to achieve boutique sales targets and monitor KPI progress.
• Merchandising & displays: assist in merchandise displays and pricing to support boutique goals.
• CRM and client service: train team on CRM and after-sale processes and build a customer database.
• VIP engagement: act as a Dior ambassador to build direct contact with VIP clients.
• Administration: manage back-office, boutique policies, reports and security compliance.
