Job summary

CHANEL UAE, based at The Dubai Mall, is seeking a Learning Manager to define and implement the training development plan for Dubai Mall Fashion boutiques in alignment with the Middle East training team. The role requires strong organizational skills, the ability to motivate teams, and a passion for delivering engaging training.

The successful candidate will coordinate sessions, develop materials, coach staff on client experience, and collaborate with HR and regional teams to measure training

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years training experience.
• Ability to design and deliver boutique training programs.
• Strong observation and communication skills.
• Fluency in English; Arabic is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and deliver training sessions for Dubai Mall Fashion boutiques.
• Develop training materials and calendars in alignment with ME & India teams.
• Coach boutique teams on client experience and product knowledge.
• Track KPIs and report training impact to regional team.
