Job summary

Christian Dior Couture in Dubai seeks an Ambassador to support the Boutique Director in driving performance and profitability by leading the boutique team and ensuring excellence in operations and customer service aligned with brand standards.

You will oversee recruitment, training, and coaching, coordinate sales campaigns, optimize CRM and after-sales programs, and act as the Maison's ambassador to VIP clients while safeguarding boutique assets and processes.

Responsibilities

• Designs optimal organization, recruits profiles and ensures proactively talent pipeline in his/her Boutique.
• Drives performance and compensation management, ensures people development (ICR, training & development plans).
• Is responsible for the integration and training of newcomers.
• Ensures the day-to-day management, training, coaching and motivation of the boutique team.
• Conduct and/or participate in regular store meetings to discuss performance, sales training, product knowledge, merchandising, and to convey other necessary information to management staff and associates.
• Facilitate proper communication between management and associates.
• Assists the Boutique Director to define action plans to achieve boutique sales targets and monitor KPI's.
• Participates in the preparation of merchandise displays and presentations following merchandising guidelines.
• Assists in optimizing boutique performance and profitability through monthly, daily and individual targets.
• Oversee CRM and after-sales initiatives and develop client databases.
• Acts as an Ambassador of the Maison to build direct contact with VIPs.
• Oversee and participate in department inventories and pricing controls.
• Minimize stock losses and ensure compliance with company policies.
