Job summary

Loro Piana is seeking a Client Advisor for our Abu Dhabi boutique. You will represent the brand, deliver luxury sales experiences, and drive customer satisfaction and loyalty. You will work to meet department and store goals while upholding the brand's standards and presentation.

You will maintain product knowledge across categories, deliver impeccable service, and collaborate with colleagues to create a positive store atmosphere. English fluency is required; additional languages are a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum experience as Client Advisor in a luxury boutique
• Ability to align with Brand identity and details
• Passion for Loro Piana products and Brand imagery
• Excellent interpersonal, teamwork and problem-solving skills
• Good stress management, flexibility and adaptability
• Fluent English; other languages are a plus

Responsibilities

• Represent the Company with clients in Boutique/Stores, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty.
• Achieve qualitative and quantitative goals set for the store and department.
• Maintain store presentation and product displays per procedures.
• Provide high level of customer service following the Loro Piana standards.
• Communicate customer feedback and follow up on requests to management.
