Job summary

Client of Guildhall in Dubai seeks an experienced sales and marketing leader to set strategy, build pipelines, and drive revenue in the UAE beauty and wellness sector.

You will lead a small team, run campaigns across digital and events, manage budgets, and report ROI while developing corporate accounts and partnerships.

The ideal candidate has 5-8 years in sales/marketing, experience in beauty and wellness, and a proven track record of hitting targets.

Responsibilities

• Set and deliver sales strategy and revenue targets across the business
• Build pipeline personally and develop corporate accounts and partnerships
• Plan and run marketing campaigns across digital social and events
• Manage customer loyalty membership and retention programmes
• Lead coach and set KPIs for a small sales and marketing team
• Manage the sales and marketing budget and report on campaign ROI
• 5-8 years in sales, marketing or business development in a commercial role
• Experience in beauty, wellness, aesthetics, spa, salon or skincare
• Proven track record hitting sales or revenue targets
• Experience managing and developing a small sales or marketing team
• Working knowledge of digital marketing and social media channels
• UAE beauty and wellness market experience
