Job summary

Delano Dubai on Bluewaters Island seeks a Junior Supervisor for Rose Bar to help deliver a refined, relaxed luxury guest experience that reflects the DELANO spirit.

You will lead on the floor, support service flow, mentor colleagues and uphold elevated standards while collaborating with the bar, kitchen and wider F&B teams to ensure seamless service. You will be a hands-on leader, maintaining cleanliness, training staff, managing guest recovery, and ensuring compliance with safety standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in luxury hotel or high-end bar environments.
• Ability to lead floor service and guide colleagues during peak times.
• Strong knowledge of beverages, wines and cocktails helpful.
• Must balance polished service with DELANO's relaxed personality.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example in warm, intuitive and personalised service.
• Support smooth daily operations and monitor service flow.
• Provide hands-on guidance to the team during service.
• Maintain standards in presentation and operations.
• Build guest relationships and anticipate needs for repeat visits.
• Maintain product knowledge and assist with recommendations.
• Coordinate with bar, kitchen and wider F&B teams for seamless service.
• Respond to guest feedback and escalate when needed.
