Responsibilities

• Beverage Preparation: mix, garnish and serve drinks for banquets and events.
• Guest Service: engage with guests, take orders, respond to special requests.
• Setup & Cleanup: prepare bars, restock, maintain hygiene post-event.
• Coordination: work with banquet staff, servers and kitchen to ensure timely delivery.
• Inventory Management: monitor stock, report shortages and assist restocking.
• Compliance: follow health, safety and sanitation regulations, ensure responsible alcohol service.
• Support: assist with overall event setup and breakdown.

Job Description

Summary

Prepare and serve beverages during banquets and events while ensuring exceptional guest service. Maintain a well-stocked and organized bar area and collaborate with banquet and service teams to deliver a seamless experience.

Key Responsibilities

Beverage Preparation: Mix, garnish, and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks according to established recipes and event specifications.

Guest Service: Engage with guests courteously, taking orders efficiently and responding to inquiries or special requests.

Setup & Cleanup: Prepare bar areas prior to events; clean and restock supplies post-event, ensuring hygiene standards are met.

Coordination: Work closely with banquet staff, waiters, and kitchen teams to ensure timely delivery of beverages.

Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels, report shortages, and assist with restocking and storage.

Compliance: Follow all health, safety, and sanitation regulations, including responsible alcohol service practices.

Support: Assist with overall event setup and breakdown as needed.

• Educational Background:A relevant educational qualification, such as a Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or equivalent experience, is preferred, aligning with our commitment to excellence.
