Job summary

Dorchester Collection Dubai is seeking an Audio Visual Technician to install, operate and maintain AV and related systems across our luxury hotel venues. You will ensure all equipment runs smoothly, support event setups, and contribute to a safe, efficient engineering environment.

You will join a team focused on exceptional guest experiences, a shared service culture, and ongoing learning opportunities through our academy. Fluency in English and a proactive service mindset are essential.

Qualifications

Technical certificate or diploma in Electronic/Electrical/IT.
Experience maintaining AV systems and equipment.
Strong communication and customer service ethos.

Responsibilities

Set up, operate, and troubleshoot AV/Protection/Lighting/conferencing equipment.
Oversee AV setup in banquet/meeting rooms and maintain electronic systems.
Perform preventive maintenance and safe operation of all engineering areas.
