Rixos Premium Dubai is seeking an Audio-Visual (AV) Technician to deliver seamless, high-quality AV services across the resort for luxury events, conferences, weddings, and VIP guest needs. The role requires operating audiovisual systems to meet five-star hospitality standards and collaborating with Events, Banquets, IT, and external vendors.

The technician will set up and manage AV gear for conferences, meetings, and live performances, ensuring clean, safe, and professional delivery throughout

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and dismantle professional AV equipment for meetings, conferences, weddings, galas, and live entertainment.
• Operate sound, lighting, and video systems with precision during events.
• Ensure reliable performance of microphones, speakers, mixers, lighting consoles, LED walls, projectors, and displays.
• Provide discreet on-site technical support for VIP guests and high-profile events.
• Anticipate event needs and address AV requirements proactively during functions.
• Troubleshoot issues quickly to minimize guest impact and maintain five-star standards.
