Responsibilities

• Greet customers professionally and provide accurate service information.
• Inform Service Advisors of customer needs and record details.
• Monitor service contracts and coordinate with advisors on arrivals and delays.
• Organize shuttle and log courtesy cars.
• Coordinate with workshop to resolve delays and communicate with customers.
• Lead and develop team for higher performance and continuous improvement.
